A leaf that comes off during shipment or minor branch breakage does not constitute serious damage. I will only replace the plant if it is badly broken, crushed, or dead on arrival. Some wilting and/or yellowing of leaves or leaf lose it normal. We are inspected by the state of Mississippi Agriculture Dept. We routinely spray our plants with insecticides and fungicides as preventive measures. WARNING: Always retrieve packages from the mail as soon as it is delivered. If left in a mailbox during freezing temps it will kill the plant(s). If left in mailbox during extreme heat it will kill the plant(s), It is the buyers responsibility to track the package and get it as soon as it is delivered. Tracking information automatically uploads so buyer is able to see exactly what day there package will arrive.
