The cylinder must be sent back with proof of purchase for inspection by us and Millennium Technologies ( NO EXCEPTIONS ). The warranty is for the cylinder only. No other parts nor any labor are included. The warranty cannot be converted to a discount or refund, nor will a reparable cylinder be exchanged for a new one.
