Upgraded Shipping is available for most items if needed. Most items are shipped via 1st class USPS. All Shipping Prices are for shipping to the United States and Most US Territories. Shipping to Puerto Rico is the Same as the US shipping. RETURNS 60 day Hassle Free Returns means that all Items come with a Prepaid Return Label included in the package. To return an item (for any reason) all you need to do is the following: Fill out the simple return form (included in the package). Seal up and affix the Prepaid Return Label to the package. Drop the package off with the United States Postal Service. (It is advised to retain a copy of the tracking # so you know when the item arrives) If you loose your prepaid return label, just message me and I will get another one sent over to you. Returns are gladly accepted on all items if they are returned in the same condition they were received. Buyers are responsible for packing the item well enough to survive the return trip. It is highly advised to keep the original packaging in case you need to return the item. Returns must be received within 60 days of the delivery date. Returns received between 60-80 days after the delivery date, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items received after 90 days from the purchase day will not be refunded.
