Windsor alto saxophone. Judging from the cool case I would say 1925/30s. Serial number p3544, Elkhart Indiana USA. Comes with neck, mouthpiece and a few extra accessories, such as reeds. Some finish wear, not too bad for the age. The pads seem decent, up to new owner if they want to replace.
