The toy is heavy with a body and base plate made of pressed steel. There are scuffs on raised fender wells with rusting and chipped paint. The interior and steering wheel are plastic the steering wheel is lose and will pop off. Our kids had several of these in the 1970’s and 1980’s. The steering wheels had been riveted on and where not intended to be turned. They all lost them after awhile. The axles turn but some of the pop on wheels are not entirely straight and spin unevenly. Please study photos they are part of the description. It is 7 inches long from front to back and 4 5/16 inches wide to the outside edges of the tires. The bottom has a ” TONKA ” embossing in the base plate with a number ” 52790 ” stamped below it. The blue color is a little lighter in the flash photos.
