This is the pre-owned condition shown. Please see pics. I think it’s missing a few pieces and I don’t think the wind up feature works on it. Note: I don’t accept returns but that’s for a reason, if I did people want to return everything like Amazon lets them do. I don’t allow that. However, if you have an issue with a defective item or it got damaged during shipping, we will of course come to an acceptable agreement between us that works out for both parties.
