We send UK orders out either by 2nd class letter post or Royal Mail 48 (Click and Drop service) which has a recorded despatch and delivery facility (it is not a tracked service). Orders over 2kg are sent as Parcels using DPD which is a fully tracked service. Overseas orders are sent either by Airmail letter post or Royal Mail International standard postal service – both of which are not tracked services. If you would like you order to be sent by a different postal method please contact us and we will inform you of the options we can provide.
