This is a Pre-War S&W Cylinder chambered in .357 Magnum. Sn# 59015. It is identical to the cylinder in my Pre-War .38 Special Heavy Duty except that it is .357. No other markings except serial number. It is either for a Pre-War Magnum or it has been bored out to .357 from a .38 special. I don’t know but maybe you do. A very rare cylinder if for a magnum and a fairly scarce cylinder at any rate. Any comments appreciated.
