Offered for your consideration is a Sebastian Miniature figurine titled: “DAME VAN WINKLE”. Rip and Dame Van Winkle were first issue in 1950 and suspended or retired in 1975. The newly formed Sebastian Society reissued Rip in September, 1980 and Dame Van Winkle in March, 1981. Both figurines were permanently retired in August, 1983. Rip and Dame Van Winkle are based on the characters in Washington Irving’s tale Rip Van Winkle (1819). The figurine is in new condition, there are no cracks chips, dings or repairs. The figurine is in the original box. The box is shelf worn, it has scratches, scrapes and etc. Please look at all the photos as they are part of the description. The figurine is approx 3 inches tall.
