Step 1 1. Locate three mounting positions on each side. 2. Clean the sealant and dirt around factory threaded holes on mounting positions. Step 2 1. Locate factory threaded holes on front mounting position. 2. Attach bracket secure with two M8 hex bolts,two M8 flat washers and two M8 spring washers.Do not fully tighten. 3. Passenger side as example. Repeat this step to install the other brackets. Step 3 Repeat step 2 to install center and rear brackets. Do not fully tighten and passenger side is shown. Step 4 1. Remove M8 hex bolts from mounting rails on step bar. 2. Place the step bar on mounting brackets and slide the block in mounting rails to proper positions. 3. Secure the step bar on brackets with M8 hex bolts. Do not fully tighten. Step 5 1.Repeat above steps on the other side. 2.Tighten the M8 bolts on vehicle with 20 ft. lbs. 3.Push the step bar inside to mount the step bar tight against the rocker panel. 4.Tighten the M8 bolts on step bar with 20 ft.lbs. 5.Periodic check to ensure all mounting hardware remains secure and tight.
