The density of this wood is very high, especially where the patterns are concentrated. Due to the different textures on the surface of the wood, the rate of moisture loss is different, so these fine cracks are formed. The rosewood wood we listed is from old Paduak trees and found only in South East Asia. These rosewood burl slabs were once horded by Chinese Emperors and never permitted for commoners during past several centries. It is one of the most rare beautiful and expensive burls.
