– Re-listing due to buyer backing out – *** Lots of questions coming through on condition – I definitely don’t want to represent this as something it’s not. This is not a perfect watch by any means. There is pitting under the caseback, the caseback is not a match to the case, I am unsure as the originality of the bezel, the dial may have been relumed at some point ? The watch is priced with all of this in mind, given it’s a 50 year old watch and has a solid movement. I am very happy to negotiate on price, but am not interested in lowballs. Thanks! *** Rolex 1675 GMT Master I purchased this a couple of years ago as a totally beat up, head-only watch. No box or papers. Watch had been overhauled when I purchased it, and is still keeping perfect time/amplitude on the timegrapher. All functions work correctly. Case back is marked as from 1964, however the case is 3 million series indicating 1973, which makes sense as this movement is a 1570 hacking movement which was introduced around this time. The dial has probably? been re-lumed at some point. Hands are original and are showing lume breakdown and oxidisation as expected. Bezel is likely a replacement as it’s in good nick compared to the case? Just a guess. I’d love to keep it, but it just doesn’t get worn. Very much sold as is. It’s 50+ years old and the case definitely shows this with scratches, dings, and oxidisation under the case back. I’ve tried to capture photos of the wear under different light sources to show its true condition. Will ship in a vintage Rolex Service box (pictured).
