The most conniving Commander Raffine, Scheming Seer leads this based around attacking with as many creatures as possible to trigger Connive multiple times for lots of looting and +1/+1 counters. The deck is designed to break the parity of Connive with clever tricks, including Teferi’s Ageless Insigh t to double the draw, and Bone Miser for all kinds of extra resources.
