This is a bobblehead of President Chester Arthur (1881-1885). He is dressed in a dark suit and standing on a platform. He is about 8″ tall. There is no date I can find. Condition is very good. He is still sealed in the box. Any white spotting around the base is camera glare off the plastic. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Electronic payments need to be received within five (5) days of auction closing.
