Once the item is played with, used, or the box opened; returns will not be allowed. We accept returns for refund within 30-days of arrival, but shipping is non-refundable both ways and there is a 20% restocking fee. The item must be returned in new, sealed, unplayed-with condition. These return costs add up quickly, and it would not be fair to other customers to have to charge them more because you felt you should get a full refund at our/their cost. These costs then have to be passed on to other buyers. Costs such as fees, packaging, & postage are non-refundable & in addition to restocking fee. Stock images may be used as auction images.
