Those that remember Petticoat Junction, love the Shady Rest Hotel that is featured on the show. I tried to recreate it to go along with my Petticoat Junction #5, Shady Rest Passenger Pickup Platform, and Sam Druckers Grocery store listed on my site. Kit comes with: Base Roof Back Wall Front Wall Side Walls Facia Front Sign Porch windows (11) Doors (2) This is a large 6 1/4″ wide, 5″ Deep and 6 1/2″ High building with a lot of parts, which are easily put together with hot glue or super glue. All printed in shown colors, if you want it all one color let me know. Contact me with any questions.
