Returns We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please contact us through eBay. We solve all issues. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included and in the original condition. Manufacture defective items (or DOA) must be reported within 4 days of the date of delivery. We will replace the reported items with new ones. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved.
