I can not control USPS shipping delays and expect that unless there is a USPS delay, your package will arrive in the estimated ebay time frame (most arrive sooner). Also, please note that if I have a shipping cost, that they are what they are. I try to set reasonable shipping costs. Shipping costs always include actual USPS shipping cost, cost of materials (boxes, packing supplies, tape etc.) and some fees. The cost of my item plus the cost of shipping are always competitive if the not lower then other sellers total cost on the same item. Just because I charge shipping does not mean I should get a lower rating, especially considering the price of the item + shipping would be lower then the other seller. Shipping costs are clearly posted prior to purchasing my item and you are agreeing to that cost when making payment. When communicating, I will always try to get back to you within a reasonable time.
