New or remanufactured OEM turbocharger, component, and kit sent in for warranty consideration often require us returning the unit back to the original manufacturer for processing. We cannot be held responsible for turnaround times in these instances. The final decision will be made by the manufacturer. All used turbocharger, component, and kit come with no warranty. We will replace or refund at its discretion any of our own brand product that proves defective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service.
