I have always like the properties of double blank cards and blank backed cards, ever since Phil Goldstein formally explored the possibilities in his booklet “Snow” that he published in the 1970’s. This monte routine by Anthony Owen also uses the properties of double blank cards to excellent effect. Owen also adds another gimmick, and the result is a very strong, very puzzling four card monte effect. The spectators try to follow one card with a face and blank back, among two or three other cards that are blank on both sides. Comes with the necessary cards and an very hand extra utility gimmick (which is not shown in the photo) If you are worried that spectators will think cards with blank backs are gimmicked or “tricky”, don’t be concerned. I have used them in a number of routines for over four decades, and never had anyone question my explanation that the blank/blanks are card stock before it is printed, and the face/blank card is what a card looks like before it goes through the second part of the printing process (when backs are added to the faces). This is a good routine, and quite inexpensive for such a commercial, effective routine. Comes with Poker size cards needed and a special extra something, and DVD instructions. IMPORTANT NOTE: this item is originally sold with online instructions that can be downloaded. This sale will come with the instruction video on DVD.
