This is an excellent Stereo card of close-up view of a U. S. Air Mail plane at Cleveland, Ohio and states that current (1927) Air Mail rate is ten cents for half an ounce . It is from a Keystone “Tour of the World” 600 card set (the cards are numbered T1 to T600) from about the 1930’s . The card is titled “United States Air Mail Plane at Cleveland, Ohio.” and is numbered TT98 with a Keystone negative number of 29446. This card is in excellent to near mint condition and measures 3 1/2″ by 7”. The back of the card is printed with information about the subject and gives a lot of information about the US Postal Service including the Pony Express. When looked at through a stereo viewer they give a three-dimensional image. Most popular from 1854 to 1938, they were produced in vast quantities, and many are of historical interest.
