A vacuum take-off connecting adapter with an outer barbed hose connector, outer/female 14/20 Standard Taper joint at the top, and an inner-sealed through drip-tip 14/20 joint (male) at the bottom. The drip tip does not extend below the end of the bottom joint. The bend angle is 105° so it works well at the end of a condenser tilted at the typical 15° from horizontal. The barbed sidearm is sized to fit a #1 hose connection (8 mm, 1/4-in), allowing connection to a vacuum source or fill gas. Labeled as the older Bantamware line, but item is pretty similar to current catalogue number 205600-1420 except that the modern item has a longer drip tip that extends a few mm below the bottom of the inner joint.
