If you also have a bill acceptor it will also clear the settings that enabled it, you would need a Set Denomination chip to re-enable the bill acceptor. Check our other auctions for a Set Denomination Chip. Step 1. The Program or Game chip has a part number that starts with “SP”. Remove the program chip from the game board, use the cautions outlined on the attached paper to ensure proper removal. Try to remove the program chip without bending any legs. It is normal to pry the whole chip out when only one side has it’s pins pulled out. This will bend pins on the other side of the chip. If any pins are bent straighten them carefully. Step 2. Install the clear chip in the socket where you removed the program chip, again read the attached paper concerning the proper alignment of the chip’s notch in relation to the notch on the socket. Step 3. Leave the game door open, plug the game board back into the game, turn power on. When you turn power on you should hear a *ding*. Watch your door display and hold in the small self test button until you hear a second *ding*. Release the self test button and watch the display on your door count up until it shows 999 on the display. Step 4. Your board is now cleared. Turn power off and remove the clear chip and put the program chip back in. Step 5. Turn on machine power and watch the display. You will see a “61” on the display. Press the test button and the display should change to “61-1”. Close the door and turn the jackpot reset key and release. Wait a while and the game should initialize and the reels will spin and line up at the start position on all reel strips.
