The reception is unblocked for a world wide coverage between 0.03MHz – 470MHz. 11m transmission is illegal in Japan and thus blocked for this rig. Everything in the photos is included in the package such as a mic HM-103, optional cable for adonis mic, a connecting cable and operating manuals in Japanese.
