This is one of the hundreds of full size quilts I’ve made. These are made from individual pieces of fabric cut and sewn together to create the pattern. It’s not made of several large pieces with the pattern already printed on the fabric. The cotton-polyester fabric with cotton-polyester fiber batting (padding) makes it super warm and machine washable. All my quilts are made by hand, machine sewn and quilted on a standard machine (not a quilting machine). The edges are bound and a full fabric back keeps them in place. I’ve earned a wall full of awards from county fairs and quilt exhibits. I think my sense of color combinations and choice of fabrics give my quilts a nice presentation for a home. I’ve donated hundreds of my single bed size quilts over the years to Fire Departments, Police Departments, Battered Women’s Shelter, Quilts of Valor, Victim’s Assistance, and the Sleep in Heaven and Peace Organization. I’m offering this bed size quilt (and others) for sale wishing someone would see it and be happy to have it in their home.
