Hot Wheels Red Line Club 2003 issue featuring 35th Anniversary Collector Set with Special Elliot Handler Bobble Head with Green Custom Fleetside, Number 2351/4000. The box has been opened, everything is very nice inside the box, the box has a blemish where it was pressed up against Elliot’s nose. The bobble is okay but the plastic is noticeably damaged.
