We use high quality machine oil to lubricate the pivot points to ensure the knives are well lubricated. Some knives are polished and buffed on our prep bench to bring them to a high quality shine. We strive to bring you the best of the best available. Not often, but sometimes a defect might escape us, however we standby our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
