Anatomically pre-formed to ensure total freedom of movement. The sternum strap ensures a snug fit. Breathable mesh flaps on the hip belt stabilize the load. Two contoured layers of gusseted foam with AirMesh lining and minimal back contact maximize airflow. The flexible aluminum ribs inside the foam profile can be bent to fit your back perfectly. (Bike I, Superbike and Trans Alpine). PFC-FREE This Deuter product is free from per- and polyfluorinated chemicals. Deuter thus reduces the use of environmentally harmful substances that pollute the environment and health. PFC is used, among other things, as a coating for rain protection, as they have water-repellent, dirt-repellent and grease-repellent properties. Instead, Deuter now uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation which is harmless to health and the environment. MATERIAL PA 210 D For the lightweight Lite models of the Rise series, we use an extremely durable 210 D polyamide fabric. Thanks to the dense and extremely fine structure of the fabric, both materials made of polyamide are very durable and abrasion-resistant. The double PU coating protects against moisture with a water column of 1500 mm.
