How this works: Once you pay for this eBay item Sodium Dental will mail you a shipping container, packaging materials, and a shipping label that you can use to send your broken sensor/s to the Sodium Dental facility. When you receive your shipping materials please put your sensor in the box, place the label on the box, and give it to your USPS mail carrier. Once we receive your sensor we will test, diagnose, and estimate the cost for repairs within 1-2 business days of our receipt. Estimate will be emailed to you along with warranty information and authorization form. Once you authorize the repair Sodium Dental will proceed to repair your sensor. If your sensor passes our final testing and quality control phase we will bill you for the repair, package your sensor, and ship it out to you. All repairs include warranty on parts and labor. This also includes FREE tech support by our experienced support technicians if you ever have an issue with your sensor within the warranty period.
