Cazuelas are incredibly versitile, and after following the quick curing process (incl), these can go on either the stove top (direct flame) or oven for baking! Dishwasher and microwave safe, too! Simply avoid rapid heat changes (will crack) and nothing is impossible. Before use: It is recommended to boil water in the dish, together with one spoonful of flour, when it boils it can be removed and the dish cleaned again. Can be used for: Gas plus Oven Microwave Dishwasher After use: Clean the dish after it has cooled down again and allow to air dry. ATTENTION: Be careful with big temperature differences, so you don’t put it in something cold while it’s hot and vice versa. Allow to cool slowly and rise in temperature.
