Beautifully carved from hapa-wood, this 9″ tall statue of Kanaloa was made in Hawaii. Kanaloa is the god of eternal hope. He is said to bestow understanding between all men and promises eternal happiness. He is one of the major gods of Polynesia. The statue is intricately carved and has bright green jewel eyes. Excellent condition. A great conversation piece!!
