This should be listed as new because it has spent years forgotten about in a garage and not being used. The original instructions is still attached to it. All the adjustments knobs are perfect with zero paint chips. All legs are also perfect and scratch free. Threads are perfect and nothing rattles on this tripod. There is no corrosion and nothing to show it was used. I doubt you will find anything cleaner and more perfect than this one. This is an old school tripod that is built to last generations. I have Bogens that are over 30 years old and still in use today. These tripods were built for very cameras and will meet your toughest demands for a tripod.
