This comes with the 4g Sim Card wifi router as well as 2- 50ft wilson 400 low loss coaxial cables to receive a greater signal when placed on a roof or high tower. Also comes with 2 yagi antennas. You set them up as high as you can pointed toward the nearest att cell tower at a 45° angle from each other. This is the complete setup and works as it should. My speeds went from 7 or 8 mbps up to 40mbps. I live 3 miles from the nearest tower, which is pretty far too. I would have never sold this being that I was grandfathered into the unlimited hotspot for $30 a month, but they just ran fiber optic out to the country where I live. They only thing you will need is an Att wifi hotspot Sim Card with this set up. Everything else is here and ready. *One of the yagi antennas got some plastic broken in a hail storm this year but I taped it up and it functions as it should. See black tape in photo. To connect coaxial cable to router, just take off the front (big) paddles from the router and connect the coax into the router.
