Great preowned copy of Apollo: An Eyewitness Account! This book has been signed by the entire crew of Apollo 12, including Charles “Pete” Conrad, Richard Gordon and Alan Bean! Conrad was the third man to step onto the moon and Bean was the fourth. This book contains dozens of paintings by Bean related to his time on the moon and from other moon missions. It also lays out the story of the Apollo 12 mission and background information on Bean’s life as well as his art career. It is a great book, and gives an appreciation of the men who signed this book! Condition wise, the dust jacket shows some wear. Mostly around the edges, but there is some surface wear as well. The book itself has slightly dinged corners on the top right and the covers are fairly loose (they will easily open with just gravity almost all the way). I’m not sure if this was designed that way to show off the large images contained within or what. Please ask any questions before buying. This is a historic collection of signatures.
