Antique 1910-1920’s Brush-McCoy Pottery Pitcher Tulip A very nice antique Brush-McCoy pottery milk pitcher made by Brush-McCoy in Ohio sometime between 1910 and the early 1920’s. This is from my mom’s collection. I believe the pattern is called Tulip. There is a rustic, stylized tulip on both sides in pleasing colors of butterscotch and green on a soft, yellowware background. It is 8 1/2 inches tall and approximately 7 inches wide from the tip of the spout to the outside of the handle. The bottom is approximately 5 inches in diameter. It is in remarkably good condition for it’s age. There are no cracks. There is over-all crazing as expected. (Please see photos.) There is a small glaze pop or bump mark (approximately 1/4 inch by 1/8 inch) near the bottom within the grayish-green border. (Please see photos.) There is a small chip on the side edge of the spout that measures about 3/16th inch by 1/4 inch. (Please see photos.). On the bottom of the inside there is an area where the glaze has come off. (Please see photos.) A wonderful old pitcher which displays well for your pottery collection or country farmhouse kitchen. Please message with any questions or if more photos are needed. Some international shipping. Will combine on shipping. Will be carefully packed for safe shipment in a good-sized box with lots of bubble wrap. I have shipped these old pottery pitchers before, so please be assured I can get it to you undamaged. Please be sure to choose either USPS Ground Advantage or Priority shipping.
