Also known as Tiger Paw Aster and China Aster this plant is very easy to grow from seeds. Aster Gremlin Double Lavender is the tall variety of Callistephus Chinensis that features foliage with slender, long flower stems and produces stunning, double lavender blooms from summer until frost. Aster Gremlin blooms profusely for weeks, and the fragrant flowers are very attractive to butterflies and bees. Tiger Paw Aster is an excellent long-blooming annual plant for borders and flower beds. Callistephus Chinensis thrives in full sun or partial shade and rich, loamy or sandy, moist, but well-drained soil is preferable.
