Two channel rack mounted mic preamp. Each channel features XLR female input, a 20 dB pad switch, a gain knob, red and green LEDs to indicate signal overload, low cut at 80Hz, a polarity inverter switch, and phantom power. The two channels are completely independent of each other. There is a built in “Tubessence” circuit that gives the mic a slightly warmer, tube sound. In practice, the sound of this unit is quite good, making many mics sound better than they are. On the rear panel there is a jack for a remote mute switch for each channel and a switch to select between -10 and +4 db operating levels. Comes with original power supply. Nice way to add two more channels of solid mic pre-amplification. Outputs are balanced or unbalanced, depending on the cabling you select.
