2 – 7.62 X 54 Russian snap caps This auction is for a set of 2 – 7.62x54R Snap Caps. These are capped with FMJ. These will also work in the 7.62x54R Finnish rifles, as well as the old Russian Mosin Nagant rifles. These snap caps, contain no powder, or primers, but they will chamber, look and feel right. They cannot fire, nor can they ever be made to fire. Unlike plastic or one-piece metal snap caps, these look like they should and will not flake off pieces in your firearm. You can visually tell they are snap caps, as the primer cavity is plugged with a red poly, and these will rattle when shaken. The primer pocket is filled with poly that will stand up to hundreds of firing pin strikes. These are great for instruction, practice drills, or for display. Shipping is a flat $4.50 for 1 set and $1.00 for each additional set, up to $8.50 maximum shipping for all sets. Shipping may be combined with my other auctions.
