6 – 38-40 Winchester Center Fire snap caps This is for a set of 6 – 38-40 Winchester Center Fire WCF Snap Caps. These are capped with lead RN. These snap caps contain no powder, or primers, but they will chamber. They cannot fire, nor can they ever be made to fire. Unlike plastic or one-piece metal snap caps, these snap caps look right and won’t flake off if you run them though your chamber. You can visually tell they are snap caps, as the primer pocket is plugged with a red poly. These work very well for display or educational uses. Shipping is a flat $4.50 for 1 set and $1.00 for each additional set, up to $8.50 maximum shipping for all sets. Shipping may be combined with my other auctions.
