Up for sale is a Pre-Owned Washington Quarters State Collection 1999-2003 Volume 1 by the H.E. Harris Co. Book/ Folder contains 45 State Quarters. Please see the photos provided to see what states are included. The book is in very good condition. The only flaw that I found was a little crease above the Ohio quarter on page 3. You can also view all the quarters that are included in the photos section. The quarters are from the Denver and Philadelphia Mints.
