LIVING ESTATE SALE (Details at the end of description) MM/AI For your consideration is a Wilesco D101 Live Steam Engine and Workshop Combination made in Germany in the 1980s. This engine/workshop is in dire need of attention. It was obviously abandoned and kept in a humid and dirty environment. It is very dirty with many places with surface rust that needs to be brushed away. The engine appears to be mechanically sound. It has been air tested (video) and should not give much trouble to operate on steam. It certainly can be beautiful again. If you are so inclined, this is an easy and cosmetic restoration. It probably needs to be completely taken apart and brushed. It is complete, with the exception of the original box that is missing. The smoke stack and the whistle are brand new (original Wilesco). So, please, take a close look at all the pictures and video to determine if restoring this engine interests you. That was 65 years ago. I have been collecting them for 25 years and I am now 74. None of my descendants is interested in the collection, so I decided that it was time to liquidate.
