Here’s The Run Down: **This is by far one of the coolest strat’s from this time period that I have had the pleasure of putting my hands on. Nearly all original, plays amazing and incredibly light weight! You’d easily pay well over $1k more for a used custom shop that was made to look like the real deal. Here it is, the real deal for a fraction of the price! Look at all the pics, and I’m sure you will agree! ** This is an extremely cool 1980 Fender Stratocaster Hardtail that was played, but taken care of and still has decades play left in her. There’s no denying that the vibe is there! This guitar is heavily relic’d naturally as you can see, so I tried to take some really good pics for your review. I believe they speak for them selves, so please see them all. The original period correct Fender Brass hardware shows discoloration/wear as you would expect of a road worn, relic’d guitar. There is average fret wear and plays beautifully across the board as it sits. There are NO breaks, repairs, or damage unless otherwise noted. The back of the neck and head stock show light wear and are without issue (see pics) . All electronics pictured are in perfect working order and sound amazing! If your looking for a great playing, sounding, looking, naturally relic’d strat at the right price, look no further! This would make a cool addition to your collection! This 1980 Fender Stratocaster Hardtail sounds and plays great! Although I think its set up great, everyone has their own preferences. If your not happy with its set up, it will be your responsibility and cost to have it set up to your liking.. The neck is straight and the truss rod operates as it should. All electronics operate perfectly! The Included Fender Hard Case is also in great condition with the exception of a piece of one latch missing. I’m sure the part can be ordered and would not be difficult to install. Otherwise, All latches and hinges operate as they should without issue. It will have some marks and scuffs from moving it around, but still in great condition and a proper fit. Everything operates as it should, and has never had, nor does it have any breaks or repairs unless noted above.
