I’m selling my beloved 1977 Scamp SCAMP 13-foot travel trailer. I purchased this classic camper in 2008 and completely renovated it from the ground up. It’s been well-maintained and is in good shape with numerous upgrades. Key Features and Upgrades: Brand New Tires: Two new tires with less than 100 miles on them, replaced this summer. Replaced Axle: The axle was replaced less than 3,000 miles ago. Modern Lighting: Retrofitted with strip lighting and a dimmer switch. Appliances: Working mini fridge and camper toilet. New Stabilizing Jacks: Two brand new stabilizing jacks for secure parking. Custom Storage: Ample storage space with custom bins to keep everything organized. Sleeping Configuration: Sleeps up to 4 comfortably with a double bed and bunk beds. Aftermarket Upgrades: Wood flooring from IKEA, GFCI outlets (all rewired), and custom hand-sewn curtains and upholstery. Air Conditioning: Aftermarket AC unit that blows cool. Touch-Up Paint : Fresh touch-up KILZ white interior paint throughout to brighten the space. There was some mildew underneath the air conditioner that I have prepped and painted over. No Foul Smells: The trailer has been kept dry over the years and does not have any foul smells. Leak Prevention: No current issues with leaks, as I reseal and inspect the trailer annually. No guarantees however as it is almost 50 years old. You will need to check and seal as-needed upon delivery. There is wood rot around the original ceiling vent (pictured), and I recommend either resealing or replacing the vent to address this. Custom Generator Cage: Welded to the tongue, this cage is designed to hold a standard-size camping generator (generator not included). Exterior: The trailer’s exterior maintains its original, unassuming look, which has been great for deterring unwanted attention. It’s also ready for a custom paint job if desired. I should have washed it for the photos, sorry. Background & History: I’ve lived in this trailer for a year, traveling across the United States, and it’s been a reliable companion on numerous camping trips. I’ve even used it as a trailer for cast and crew on film and video productions. Sale Details: Asking Price: $10,000 or best offer. Delivery: I’m willing to negotiate delivery anywhere in the continental U.S. for an additional cost of travel expenses (round trip). Clean Title: I have a clean certified copy of title in hand. Terms: Selling as-is with no warranties.
