This is a 1917 Ohio license plate. Black on yellow. It is not rusted through. These were not stamped but painted flat steel. Note I increased the contrast on the photo so it could be read better. The close-up shot is correct. 16 X 5-1/2. Mounts on 10-1/2 to12-1/2 inch centers. I gladly combine shipping. Let me invoice you first before you pay. Please be prompt with payment.
