It may have been built using alternative or replacement parts. If a listing is in bits but comes with bases it builds a complete miniature for each base included. Miniatures can be built from several materials including plastic, resin and metal – please contact us if you are unsure of the material used in the manufacture of the item you are bidding on. We do our best to exclude items from our listings that we do not believe are genuine Games Workshop models, however with an increase in recasters we cannot be 100% sure if painted models are genuine Games Workshop or recasts. If you believe that you have received a model from AA-Wargames that is not legitimate, then please contact AA-Wargames directly and we will organise a refund and return of the item. The models we sell are designed as multi-part kits, and as such may break apart in transit. Every effort is made during the packaging stage to ensure that this does not happen, but we cannot guarantee that your items will arrive with you in the same condition that they appear as in the auction photographs. Some reassembly of models may be required after you receive them. PHOTOGRAPHS Please check all the images of the item to satisfy yourself of the items quality before bidding. These are second hand items. The first gallery image contains the whole auction lot that is available. Any subsequent images are smaller parts of the auction lot, or the auction lot from a different angle. BIDDING AND PAYMENT TERMS If you are new to eBay, or you bid infrequently, then you may find that you are unable to bid on more than one of our items at a time. COMBINED POSTAGE AND OVER-SIZED ITEMS Combined postage is available if you purchase more than one item from AA-Wargames. Our combined shipping rate is �1.00 for single models, multiple model units and smaller vehicles, when combined with other items of the same P&P rate.�Unfortunately all larger vehicles/models will remain outside of the combined rates and will be charged at their full rate if combined with other items or not. We have created a new postage category for Over-Sized items that would not normally be shipped outside of the UK. This price will meet the cost of a parcel of up to 10kgs in weight and 120cm x 80cm x 80cm in diameter. The price that is quoted for these Over-Sized items will cover the cost of shipping the item, and will also reduce the price of any subsequent items purchased to �1.00 per item.
